2003 Licensing Act
Mamarine.com Llp have now been granted by Fareham Borough Council a Premises Licence for Corporate Boating Events.
Mamarine.com LLP have successfully navigated and been granted an Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment & Late Night Refreshments Licenses under the Licensing Act 2003 Application Process (Premises Licence & Personal Licence), developed the compliance documentation and a staff training course for the implementation of the Four Licensing Objectives. The penalties for non compliance are onerous.
The Act and Licensing requirements does apply to our industry even where there is no direct charge made for the Champagne. We are prepared (for a fee - we are also a Management Consultancy Business) to share our experience, documentation, compliance procedures / staff training course and undertake the process on behalf of other Charter Companies.
